We’re proud to reflect on our work at 88 Wood Street, a striking high-rise in the City of London designed by RSHP and completed in 2000. Known for its architectural flair—such as the brightly coloured funnel air ducts reminiscent of the Pompidou Centre in Paris, this 18-storey building has been revitalised to meet modern standards while retaining its iconic charm.

Working alongside Morrow + Lorraine, our scope of works included:
🌿 Refurbishing upper office floors to align with BCO recommendations.
🚴‍♀️ Adding cycle parking and enhanced commuter facilities.
🏢 Creating a new A1 retail unit within the reception space.
🌱 Installing an extensive green wall.
🛎️ Refurbishment and modernisation of the main reception.

The result? A refreshed building offering over 71,000 ft² of premium office space, blending functionality and cutting-edge design!
