JHD are working with Zac Monro Architects providing structural and civil design services for this new build Dulwich house.

The new home will be built to a very high specification and will include a cinema, gym and music room.

The basement is a significant size formed from contiguous piled walls and will have elegant light well bringing light into the basement rooms.

The upper floors are to be constructed from SIPs panels and supported by the reinforced concrete
ground floor and basement structures.
