This 16-storey commercial tower currently offers retail spaces on the ground floor, with office accommodations on the floors above.

The proposed upgrades encompassed several key improvements: refurbishing the main reception and front entrance, exposing the coffered precast concrete floor slabs, adding a new commuter facility at the rear, extending the double lift core, delivering a CAT A fit-out for the upper floors, and specifying repairs to the existing structure.

The main challenges included carrying out the work while minimising disruption to the tenants and constructing the commuter facility over existing services and around below-ground obstructions.
